Why must I put the Blog Archive in the middle of page???

Y?? Y?? Y??? and YYYYYYYYYYY???

Here is my reason.. when I go to others blog, sometimes I also read the achive section.. When the archive section is on at top, there is no reason i have to scroll down the mouse. When the arhive section is at the bottom of pages, lazy mood comes and it makes me close the blog. 

From my short opinion, bloggers must put the very best features at top or at the middle of the pages if the they want others to read their article. That's the main point i've learn from others blog.. thanks..
